AT ALO, OUR MISSION IS TO BRING BEAUTIFUL LOOKS TO LIFE, ALL WHILE HONORING AND PROTECTING MOTHER EARTH.
We keep plastic to a minimum and any product bottles or plastic packaging that does happen to enter our studio is sent to the recycler through our collaboration with the Green Circle Salons program- all to be cleaned and repurposed. We don't stop at plastic! Everything from our hair foils, color tubes, extra color, and even all our hair clippings are gathered and sent to Green Circle Salon HQ to be properly broken down, purified, and down cycled. That makes 95% of all our salon waste completely recycled! ALO only works with like minded brands that puts the environment first and is incredibly proud of our brand partnerships as we all share the same goal: Look good, do good. We believe you should never expect anything less.We don't stop at hair products!
From our toilet paper, to the coffee we use, to our cleaning products and laundry detergent, we at ALO only use green, clean and B Corp certified companies to help keep our Salon as sustainable as possible.

As a client of ALO, you are doing your part in keeping our studio as carbon neutral as possible. A $2 Environmental Stewardship Fee will be added to each visit to ensure your beauty waste is recycled properly.
